Okay . . . this probably is what you came to this site
for! Featured on the wine page
is some information that attempts to simplify wine by describing
very basic flavor profiles. One
of the barriers to the novice wine drinker is the huge amount of information
that exists for wine. It can really be intimidating and this is one of
my attempts (it's a work in progress!) to make it more approachable. Also
featured is Cooking
with Wine which includes hints and tips to help you in the
kitchen.
The Recipes are updated regularly so be sure to check back often. I've also included some of my published Articles, Cool Kitchen Tips and one other thing that I feel strongly about: The importance of Taking Care of Mother Earth.
