your Contemporary Seafood class last weekend. Thank
you so much for a wonderful evening! The recipes
were beautiful, smelled wonderful and tasted great! Not
only are the recipes wonderful, but the tips are extremely
valuable. The wine was fantastic with

My wife and I very much enjoyed your informative
and entertaining presentation this last Saturday in Chico. We
have disposed of all clam juice, will be putting vinegar
and pepper in our next tart tatin, and are actively looking
for a zesting rasp. Let us know when your six-pocket
spice gunslingers belt is available for purchase!
We would very much like to receive the
recipes you demonstrated. Some
of the flavors evoked memories of our many years living
in the Middle East and Thailand. Having learned from
you the secret meaning of life, we are eager to get rolling.
Curdled my first batch of crème anglaise, but
served it as custard. I called it "Crème caillée
française avec des oeufs" and my guests thought
I was a genius. See, we were listening!
