We would very much like to receive the recipes you demonstrated.  Some of the flavors evoked memories of our many years living in the Middle East and Thailand.  Having learned from you the secret meaning of life, we are eager to get rolling.
 
Curdled my first batch of crème anglaise, but served it as custard.  I called it "Crème caillée française avec des oeufs"  and my guests thought I was a genius.  See, we were listening!
